The great advantage of our company is that we could proceed a perfect operation in the field with a various Portable Lapping Machine and make an improvement of time and cost dramatically. Especially, for the welding type of Gate, Globe valves, we could take a perfect repair with only lapping work on the Seat & Disc without cutting on the welding portion at site. And also, based on a long project experience of calibration of safety valves for Occupational Safety and Health Agency, Electrical Safety Corporation, Energy Management Corporation & Korea Gas Corporation, we are available to take a pressure test for Safety valves during operation.

For the "in situ test", we could adjust the Set Pressure with permissible tolerance (±1%). Therefore, you could not hold a production activity in order to take a calibration of safety valve, there is no need to stop the equipment and disassembly of valves because the safety valve is kept on-line working during the testing under operation.
